Get help with software applications or hardware products through Validate ID’s dedicated ticketing portal – please do not telephone us for technical support. This enables each request to have a unique ticket number and hard copy details of the issue which, we can monitor.

All customers are provided with the details of how to request Technical Support which is detailed within the Annual Support & Maintenance Agreement.

To ensure fast and efficient support, please provide following information in your email:

  • Validate Software Version
  • Document Reader Model & Serial Number (on the bottom of the device)
  • SDK Version Number
  • Document Reader – Firmware Version
  • Operating System Version (Windows Only)
  • Computer type and configuration
  • Firmware Version (Document Reader)
  • Problem description – in as much detail as possible please
